A. SPOT CASH

B. DEFERRED CASH (No Interest, No Downpayment, 30 months to pay)
= PhP 62,774 / mo for 30 months
C. LONG TERM FINANCING (30% Down, 70% Financed)
- 30% Down payment (PhP 572,463)
= PhP 45,622 / mo for 12 months - 70% Financed Amount (PhP 1,335,748)

Monthly amortization starts after the full payment of the down payment.

Hi Eusebia,
At the moment, the company is selling lot-only properties. No house and lot package yet. If you want, you can build your own or wait until the company releases model houses in the future.

Pls send me a sketch of the subdivided lots esp. 180 sq. m. as to figure the layout of the lot in relation to the road.
Can i build a duplex type on this lot (180sq.m.)

Have you already bought a lot-only property here? If so, your agent should have furnished you with the map.
Also, there are some restrictions to observe as regards the house design. You have to present your design to the Planning Department for approval.

Hi Lani,
Please be informed that at this moment, there are no more corner lots left on Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the Positano Subdivision, where the lot-only properties are being sold.
