Solariega Subdivision Reviews
Solariega is an Spanish term which mean ‘Noble’ or ‘Ancestral’ homes.
In Davao, it is a Caribbean-Themed Subdivision located in Talomo and accessible via the McArthur Highway. This elegant community is complete with amenities and facilities like the Clubhouse, spacious parks, children’s playground, swimming pool for kids and adults, basketball and tennis courts and amphitheater — things that the homeowners and their families can enjoy.
This is definitely one of the best masterplanned subdivision projects in Davao City.

I’ve been to different subdivisions in Davao last 2005 looking around for the best place to live in the near future. I found Solariega to be such a place. It has a nice environment, quite secure and good facilities.
I hope I can still buy a house by 2007.

I’ve been to davao city several times and i always look for areas where i could possibly invest. Solariega is one of the places I’ve been and I was so amazed with its charming Caribbean ambiance. Hopefully, next time i’ll visit davao, i’ll finally get my own property there!!!

solariega is a nice place to live in…nice ambience, security and neighborhod.
problem is, there,s no convenience store within the subdivision.
can you address this problem? PLEASE.
