Some houses at the Toscana Subdivision are available as Starter or Premium Unit. The difference between the two is that the Starter unit is a box-type house, while the Premium Unit is a complete house. For a longer explaination, read on.
A Starter Unit is a house with no ceiling, no floor tiles, no room divisions, and no painting on the inside of the house. This will allow the owner to tweak the interiors of the house to his liking. You can make your master bedroom shaped in triangle, or your bathroom circular, or remove the kitchen altogether because you are not cooking anyway. The point is you are free to design the interiors to suit your preferences.
A Premium Unit, on the other hand, has floor tiles, ceiling, room divisions and paint on all the rooms. The floor plans shown on the website for the Toscana Houses apply to the Premium Units.
Can you imagine the location of the master bedroom for a Starter Unit? That’s not hard to do. Just don’t look at the Floor Plan and that’s it.
Of course, it’s easy to see why a Starter Unit is cheaper than a Premium Unit. It has a lot of nothing in there.
